It started with a swipe right on Facebook Dating. Jason and Ali matched, started chatting, and before long, Jason took a leap of faith and asked Ali out to Cinco de Mayo in Smiths Grove, KY.Ali's coworker, Britney, had gone to high school with Jason and assured Ali he was "normal," aside from his love of cars and racing. On the drive to dinner, Ali was so nervous she almost turned around, but her friend Hannah talked her into taking a chance. After dinner, Ali was sure Jason hadn't felt the spark, but he texted before she even made it home to Bowling Green.Early on, Jason told Ali he wasn't sure what he wanted. Ali was scared of how fast her feelings were growing, but something told her he was different, and she couldn't walk away. Right before Christmas 2023, Jason made it official and asked Ali to be his girlfriend.The years that followed were full of highs and lows, and eventually, a rescued mini Aussiedoodle named Mavrick, who completed their little family.Then one evening, Jason asked Ali to dinner at Steak N Stone in Leitchfield, KY. Ali had a feeling this date was different, and she couldn't stop shaking as she got ready. When Jason arrived, he opened the car door and said, "Before you get in, I have something you may want to wear tonight and for the rest of your life." Ginger started out as Ali's mom's best friend and became her second mom along the way. Ginger has loved Ali, cheered her on, and kept her grounded through every season of life.

Ali's aunt Shannon is the one who keeps a smile on everyone's face, speaks her mind, and makes every moment more fun. There's no one Ali would rather have calling the shots beside her on her Big Day.

Morgan came into Ali's life as her stepsister when Ali's dad married Morgan's mom. Over the years, Morgan has become so much more than that to Ali. She's family and  Ali's sister in every way that matters. Ali is so grateful to have Morgan by her side as she begins this new chapter in her life.

Sara is married to Ali's younger brother, Clint, and she's been Ali's sister ever since. Sara is kind, thoughtful, and always up for a good time. Ali is so happy to have Sara stand at the altar with her, just as Ali did when Sara tied the knot to her brother.

Jenna is married to Ali's younger stepbrother, Chase, and Jenna has brought so much love and laughter into their family. Having Jenna by Ali's side on her wedding day means the world to Ali.

Bekah started out as Ali's hairdresser and quickly became her best friend. Bekah has been there from the very beginning with Jason, and she's the person Ali can lean on, and the shoulder Ali has cried on more times than she can count. Ali couldn't imagine this day without Bekah beside her.

Tori and Ali met through Arbonne, and what started as a business connection quickly turned into a real friendship. Tori is encouraging, genuine, and the kind of person who makes you feel like you can do anything. While Tori lives in California due to her husband being active in the military, she and Ali communicate frequently through voice messages because of the time difference.

Bridgett and Ali became friends at Warren East Middle School, where Ali taught FCS and Bridgett ran the ISS room. While it may have started over school lunches, it quickly became weekly/monthly dinners just to keep in touch and stay close. Bridgett is one of those friends who feels like family, and Ali is so happy she's part of this important day.

Britney became one of Ali's BFFs at Greenwood High School, and she's also the reason Jason and Ali met. She went to high school with Jason and talked Ali into going on a date, promising he was "normal," minus the car obsession. While Britney was half right, Ali couldn't be more grateful for helping her find Mister Right.

Hannah became one of Ali's BFFs while they worked together at Greenwood High School. Hannah has been a constant source of laughs, support, guidance, and resources. Teacher friends, if you know, you know! Ali wouldn't have wanted to celebrate this day without her by her side.

Reece became one of Ali's BFFs while they worked together at Greenwood High School. Ali and Reece enjoy getting together at Local Taco, where they trade margaritas and gab about their jobs in education, specifically Career and Technical Education. Reece is loyal, fun, and always up for a good chat over chips and salsa.

Angela was Ali's FCS teacher and FCCLA advisor, and she became Ali's Momma Gott and her role model. Now Angela is a colleague of Ali's in FCS education, and it's an honor for the woman who helped shape the teacher and woman Ali is today to stand beside her on such a special day.

Ali first met Lisa when she observed Lisa's FCS  classroom many times while in college at WKU pursuing her degree in FCS education. Lisa and Ali quickly hit it off, struck up a friendship, and have stayed close throughout the years. Lisa is always just a phone call away whenever Ali needs her, and they both love to grab some Puerto's and spend hours yapping.

Ali met Kayce through Jason at Beech Bend Raceway while cheering him on in his drag racing adventures. Kayce welcomed Ali into the drag racing family with open arms, introducing her to everyone and helping her stay cool and up to date on the track gossip in the tower. Kayce has always been there when Ali needed her, whether that be for advice, support, or a cool place to yap.

Melinda is one of Ali's mom's best friends and has been a mother figure to Ali as she grew up in Williamstown. Melinda has always been someone Ali can lean on and shop with, as many years were spent Black Friday shopping for the best deals in town for over 24 hours at a time. Those memories and deals will never be forgotten

Dylan is Ali's childhood friend who has been there through every stage of life, from trips to the Cincinnati Zoo in strollers to all dressed up and accompanying Ali to many high school dances. No matter what life brings, Dylan can always make everyone laugh, or should we say make Ali cackle and roll on the floor.

Brandi was also Ali's FCS teacher and FCCLA advisor in high school at PCHS, and she has always been a mother figure to Ali. Ali looked up to her then, and still does now that they're colleagues in FCS education teaching in the Culinary Arts pathway.

Michelle was the school counselor at Warren East Middle School when Ali was the FCS teacher there. She became Ali's mentor and dear friend, and she's always up for catching up over good food.

What Does Dressy Casual Mean?For the Ladies:Midi dresses, maxi dresses, sundresses, jumpsuits, dressy separates, or a nice blouse paired with dress pants or a skirt are all wonderful choices.Florals, lace, chiffon, and subtle shimmer are welcome, especially in our wedding colors!For the Gentlemen:Dress pants, chinos, khakis, or nice dark jeans paired with a button-down shirt or polo are great options. Blazers are welcome but certainly not required!Cowboy boots are welcome, too!

A Little Something to Keep in MindOur ceremony will take place outdoors at 5:15 PM Central Time, followed by an indoor, air-conditioned reception.Since we're getting married in June, we encourage you to choose comfortable, breathable fabrics and shoes suitable for an outdoor ceremony.Once we head inside, we'll have plenty of air conditioning, delicious food, drinks courtesy of Mavrick, and dancing!
